The Heart of Meaningful Connection Groups
Administrators are the heart and soul of any meaningful connection group. They are dedicated to the pre-determined goals and will see them through.
They are willing to post on a consistent basis, connect with inactive members and ensure success.
It starts with a group of people that care enough to BE the change.

The Content of Meaningful Connection Groups
A good mix of relational content is what attracts and encourages members to participate.
Photos, stories, updates, informational documents, videos and more are all great content pieces that inspire and motivate people to action.
Good food ends with good talk. What you feed your group will determine what they say and do.

The Fruit of Meaningful Connection Groups
Great online connection groups are areas that provide opportunities to grow with others that are like minded and desire positive change.
Not only do the members of connection groups inspire change, they also act on it.
Nothing great was ever achieved without enthusiasm.

KSBI’s Content Strategy
1. Substance
KSBI utilizes Google communication tools: e-mail, calendar & documents to share information amongst our selves.
By sharing information, we createSUBSTANCE for our online editors to share with our audience, guests and clients via our social media tools – Website, Facebook, YouTube and Twitter.
Google allows you to create documents, share them and update them regularly online from anywhere.

2. Structure
KSBI Studios has 4 locally produced shows that are uniquely distinct. Each of our shows, except Rodeo Opry, have their own Facebook page. Oklahoma Live also has it’s own Twitter account.
• Mind Games• Oklahoma Live• Dog Talk
Structure provides a clear path for relational information to travel.

3. Workflow
Our online editors are a diverse group of 6-7 people. We are producers, show hosts, promotional assistants, programming, web managers and more. We all play a huge part in ensuring that our online content is updated daily. From pulling video to placing it on our website, to sharing it on social media pages, we all play a part.
Communicate what is happening right now in real-time to a group that has already allowed you in.

4. Governance
We have two people that are closely tied to monitoring our responses to viewer e-mail requests, Facebook messages (not posts but direct messages) and overall online content.
Two are better than one because of different perspectives, access to content and the ability to create more options or ways to respond.
Quality control is important. Make sure your editors are using proper online etiquette (no all caps, etc.).
