Our goal is to use triathlon to inspire more GE employees to embrace healthier choices and live more active lifestyles

Me, My Site & Tri (MMS&T)

• Online, triathlon themed employee engagement programme to promote health & wellbeing

• Employees of all abilities encouraged to log their weekly training

• Kilometres visualised by site and individuals on leaderboards

• Employees rewarded for their involvement (uploading training, tweeting & blogging)

• Employees offered FREE race places to mass participation events across the UK

• Kilometres tracked contributed to a charity donation to British Triathlon Foundation

Goal was to increase participation to 900 employees (145% increase on 2012 triTWINNING programme)

All participants were emailed post MMS&T online feedback and asked to provide feedback. Received 220 completed surveys at end November 2013

• 82% male

• 60% over 40 years old

• 40% GE Energy, 31% Aviation, 14% Healthcare and 13% Capital

• 62% worked at GE for more than 5 years

• 61% had never participated in Triathlon prior to Me, My Site & Tri

MMS&T Communications

The MMS&T was clearly communicated 4.0

I found the upload very easy to use 3.9

The website was too slow at times 3.5

The MMS&T site was easy to use and navigate 3.4

My HealthAhead Champion regularly remind us of MMS&T 2.8

I received too many communications and it was rather annoying 2.4
