Engaging people for final sprint
OBJECTIVES1. Talk understand the importance of
making a great impact in the next 2 months
2. To understand your role to make this happen
3. To understand how to engage your team and network in the final sprint
MITH OR FACT? Q2 the team is already preparing for things in the future, so I cannot push them so much anymore
There is not really that much to do, so it’s more a closing of experience only
Elects can start doing everything already
Current and elect team are not aligned and we are fighting about some things already
MITH OR FACT? If there is any change to be implemented,
then the next team should do it
My goals are my goals, the next team’s ones are theirs
Everything that is here really can be a something that is happening now, but it’s
time to change this scenario
WHY TO MAKE THINGS HAPPEN NOW?
-First impressions count, but last ones count more
-Your entity’s next 6 months depends on what you do now
-2015 is counting on you!
BUT IT SEEMS IMPOSSIBLE!
70 days TO MAKE IT
HAPPEN
YOUR ROLE IN THESE LAST SPRINT FOR YOUR TEAM
1. Make sure you con<nue your normal coaching and tracking performance from your team – excellent standards don’t change just because we have 2 months missing
2. Be aware that your team thinking also about other steps, give them space to talk about it
FOR YOUR NETWORK
1. This is the moment that also Ebs are facing challenges because they realized that some of the things that they wanted to do are not happening. Make sure you are s<ll inspiring them to deliver a good term
2. Engage your network for the delivery of this last sprint

opera<ons plan? 6. Is the MCP transi<on over by now? 7. Do you have common conversion goals with the new
team? 8. Is your network sharing also the achievements they are
having now?
SOME TIPS
FOR YOUR TEAM 1. Put some visual tracking in your office and
follow up everyday with your team on the achievements you are having
2. Celebrate these small achievements 3. Make every 15 days some individual coaching
with your team for performance, but also to talk about their future
4. Choose ONE or max TWO clear focus for your team un<l the end of the term that everyone will help to make it happen
5. Have a clear GOAL for 1416 – it’s <me to make both teams work together
FOR YOUR TEAM 1. Start making also the elect team to work to
deliver this last peak: maybe it’s nice to start with a weekend together where you can build your 1416 team goal together!
2. Make everyone accountable in team spaces: make sure every mee<ng you are following up your goal
3. Create spaces where your team can also talk about the future plan they have: this is really important to keep them focused
4. Enjoy the last months with your team!
FOR YOUR NETWORK1. Create a final campaign for Final Sprint and
communicate the goal you have in every touchpoint (use I AM 2015, historical fruitpeak– op<on) – you can even start a countdown for it
2. Engage your LCPs: make a chat with them, send them messages every 3 days to make them accountable and also engaged in what needs to happen
3. Recognize those en<<es and members that are making things happen for this next peak
4. Keep them accountable: share the achievements and good cases that are happening in the network now
5. Celebrate together: send videos to your network, call them every week to show them the good work they are also doing
Remember: Still 3 years from now people will
be talking about your term…
How do you want to be remembered?
