1. Difficulty standardizing documents

• The product development team of the insurance company is in charge developing the policy parameters before the programming team develops the actual application.

• The traditional process has been just copying and pasting documents and their contents. However, we have created a free form document system that works without regards to standardized formatting for documents, formulas, and regulations.

• There are no restrictions such as HWP, Excel, Doc except for the document submitted by the Insurance Development Department.
