[The sections are: 333 .5431(4), 333.13306(4), and 333.13522(8)]. In addition, MCL 289.3119(6) of the Food Law uses the June-June percentage change in the Detroit CPI for adjusting fees. The percentage change from June 2015 to June 2016 in the Detroit All-Items CPI-U is +2.3 percent. Newborn Screening Fee As stipulated in MCL 333.5431(4): To reflect the 2.3 percent increase in the Detroit CPI between June 2015 and June 2016, the newborn screening fee may be increased by no more than $2.81 from $122.35 to $125.16 on October 1, 2016. Please note that the newborn screening fee may be increased as recommended by the Newborn Screening Quality Advisory Committee and approved by the legislature to cover the cost of new screening requirements. In addition, as provided under MCL 333.5430, the fee may also be adjusted to account for changes in conditions covered and screening procedures as recommended by the newborn screening quality assurance advisory committee subject to the approval of the Department of Community Health and the legislature. Dry Cleaning License Fees
As stipulated under MCL 33313306 dry cleaning management establishment fees shall increase for license year 2017 as follows
bull Initial application and annual license fee base fee mcreases $376 from $16369 to $16745
bull Poundage fee increases $010 from $451 to $461
Radiation Machine Registration Fees and Mammography Authorization Fees
As stipulated under MCL 33313522 the following adjustments should be made effective October 1 2016 to the fees
bull Nondental nonveterinary x-ray tube Per tube fee $282 increase from $12262 to $12544
bull Dental or veterinary x-ray tube First tube fee $169 increase from $7355 to $7524 Each additional tube fee $094 increase from $4080 to $4174
In connection with mammography authorization (per radiation machine) bull Inspection fee $376 increase from $16354 to $16730 bull Reinspection for re-instatement $376 increase from $16354 to
$16730 bull Evaluation for compliance $2528 increase from $109913 to $112441 bull Reevaluation due to failure during previous evaluation
$1083 increase from $47098 to $48181
