Development: (i) In the approved Review of Mining Plan, there was a proposal given for the

production of mineral during the year 2017-18 from the eastern side of the lease area by

construction of three four systematic benches. Whereas, production and development was done all

over the quarry in an irregular and un-scientific manner. At some places it was found that the

development has crossed the lease boundary e.g. northern part and central part of the lease area.

(ii) It was found that at some places development was been done outside lease area, and the same

area has been backfilled with the waste and top soil.

(iii) No such proposal has been given in the earlier approved MP/MMP/SOM/RMP for mining at

7.5 m barrier zone. Development and excavation was observed along the lease boundary at places,

and the insitu limestone has been completely mined out.

Reclamation/Backfilling: In the approved RMP there was a proposal given for backfilling in

0.009 ha. area at the central part of the lease area. Whereas backfilling was observed in the

northern-eastern part of the lease area and southern part of the proposed area.

Afforestation: There was a proposal given for plantation of 200 nos of plants during 2017-18,
