I’m writing these words and having in the back of my mind the picture that will be drawn in the next term for AIESEC in Croatia, having each and every detail in my head from now and try to make them happen. And all of that comes with the perfect team, I still remember And all of that comes with the perfect team, I still remember the time I applied for MC, and how it felt from the beginning to take such decision, spending one more year in AIESEC and having this huge responsibility, leading a country and organization, striving day in day out to make a change and impact on every single member and customer, and see the growth and achievement that you dream.

Virtual round of Questions and Answers will happen online. Each candidate will be invited to Facebook

group to participate.

Each candidate will be invited for the first round of interview,where you will be accessed.

Each candidate will have to prepare and deliver speech on each LC meeting. (5 LCs). It can be done virtually or physically. After Speech you will have short 3 rounds of Q&A. Each no longer than 20 minutes. After that LCs vote and give votes of confidence.vote and give votes of confidence.

In case you got enough votes of confidence you will be invited for technical interview with MCPc, MCPe and Functional MC VP.

If you had passed all previous steps you will be invited for personal interview with MCP elect. After that announcement will happen.
