What is 'Mindfulness'?It is our mental faculty of 'Attention & Intention'.
How will it benefit me?Mindfulness is useful in EVERY area of Life, resulting in less stress & anxiety and more health & happiness.
How does it work?1- First, you email me regarding your questions & contact information. 2- Next, I will call to answer your questions and explain the MBSR training.3- If we agree to work together, you will receive the study material & practices.4- Later, I will contact you to review the MBSR training and how to apply it in your day.
What is Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction?
MINDFULNESS- is the mental facility of Attention & Intention
BASED- are the safe grounding sensations, we always come back home to. (home base).
STRESS- unhealthy fears and beliefs, that are we unconsciously, add to our daily experiences.
REDUCTION- of future stress, by understanding how to wisely work with what is happening inside of us.
