Hire a UBC MBA intern to drive a new initiative or give you a fresh perspective on existing processes. Internships take place at the end of the first year of the MBA program, giving students the opportunity to apply the cutting-edge business knowledge and analytical skills they have learned to real business challenges. Interns work full-time (35-40 hours per week) for the summer, reporting to a dedicated supervisor, and with the support of a faculty advisor and a career coach.
