The venue for both the classes and the exams is Youth Guidance and Development Centre past Area 30 Police Headquarters in Lilongwe.

Please refer to page 2 below for instructions for sending projects. Any work that is sent after the dead line will definitely not be processed.

Please remember the following rules and regulations as you prepare for theexams:

y You are expected to arrive in time for the exams. Those who come late after the examshave commenced will not be allowed to enter the exam room.

y You are not allowed to bring any form of class notes into the exam room.y U se of mobile phones and computers during the exams is strictly prohibited.y Exchange of notes/ answers in any form in the exam room is an offence.y Students are not allowed to go out of the exam room except in extreme cases.

GUIDELINES FOR SUBMISSION OF PROJECT PAPERS

Please follow the following guidelines when submitting your electronic copies of yourproject papers:

1. On the front page, clearly indicate the following details:y Student namey Student ID numbery Intake and Venuey Lecturer s name.

2. Send all your projects to the address: esamimw@malawi.net

3. Project should be sent to the indicated address at least from two days before theexam date. The deadline for submission of the assignments is at midnight of thedate before the respective examination. Any project that will be sent after thedeadline will not be processed or marked and a grade of D will be indicated on thestudent s grade.

4. Your project will be assumed to have been received at our office only after you

receive a receipt confirmation. For enquiries, please call Mrs. S. Ebenezer on0888867500/ 01 775385 or 01 774423.

5. All your projects should be submitted in one file and in Word 97-2003 (not in pdf). You are allowed to send some attachments to the project if the lecturer advised youto do so. In that case, please send the project and attachments in a zipped folderunder one name as stated below.

6. You are required to submit the projects one by one and not in twos or threes to

facilitate fast downloading and proper filing on our part. Please save each project asillustrated below:
