The greeting of peace, best wishes for all of us.

Praise to Allah SWT, God the Almighty, on

behalf of the Government and people of Semarang, I

would like to share a very warm welcome to all

contingents of the 6th Karate Federation Championship

Southeast Asia 2017.

It is a great honor for Semarang to host the

international event. We do hope that this event would

motivate our community members especially karate athlete to develop

their talent, potential and ability.

This championship has an important and strategic function. First, to

get the best achiever contingent in the competition. Second, due to the

international scale, this event becomes a means of strengthening the

brotherhood, build communication and to unite citizens, especially in

Southeast Asia.

Finally to all the committee, on behalf of the Government of

Semarang, I express my sincere gratitude for your hard work to the

completion of this event. Not to forget, to all the participants, please to take

a tour to visit Semarang’s tourist attraction within your free time.

CHAIRMAN OF THE COMMITTEE

On behalf of The 6th South East Asia Karate

Federation Championship in 2017, I would like to take

this opportunity to extent our high appreciation and

gratitude to the President of SEAKF and PB Forki for

trust and ongoing supports given to the committee of

the championship at Semarang, Central Java

Province.

A warm welcome for all participants, referees, officials

within South East Asia who join the competition. We

are proud and honored to become part and venue of

the process for building quality of the South East Asia Karate athletes.

A bushido spirit and sportsmanship should be highly maintained during the

competition, in order to increase a better future for karate in South East

Asia.

Finally, please take our sincere apology for any shortcoming during the

A. Each National Federation is allow to register a maximum of 2 entries per individual category and 2 entry per team category.

Online Registration will commence on until April 20, 2017 through email seakf.secretariat.jkt@gmail.com and seakf2017@gmail.com . Please make sure that all your delegations data is correct within the established deadline. Registration and Verification will take place at the Grand Candi (HQ Hotel) on May 1-3, 2017 from 09:00 to 18:00

*Please submit national anthem CD and two national flags (1m x 1.5m), if appropriate at the registration.

5. Rule & Regulations

The latest WKF/AKF Competition Rules will be adopted for the Championship unless otherwise notified by the Organizer or the Referee Commission in consultation with WKF/AKF Executive council

6. Regulations Of Judge New Candidate Examination & Coach Licensing

Seminar Details regulations and procedures for AKF Judge New Candidate Examination and Coach Seminar will be provided by AKF. The rules and regulations for hotel booking stated in this bulletin are applicable on all participant attending the examination. Please Note: The host shall charge US$100 to the Judge New Candidate examinee, if he/she makes the hotel arrangement not through the organizer, or book the unofficial hotels. The same Regulations will be valid to all participants.

KUMITE JUDGE B EXAM & COACH ACCREDITATION

1. Participation Procedures and Criteria

The event is open to All AKF National Federation A maximum of 20 candidates is allowed for each NF. This quota consist of

candidates for JB and Coach only. The total quota is limited to 120 candidates, and will be on “first come first

serve basis” All registration forms and a copy of the Bank Transfer document, must be

completed ad return to AKF RC Secretary before 2nd April 2017, or a late registration surcharge of US$100.00 will be applied.

All candidates are required to send one (1) personal photo of ‘jpg’ for certificate purpose. To :

OFFICIATING REFEREES

All competing teams are encourages to send WKF/AKF referees and judges to officiate in the Championship. The limitation number of officiating Referees/Judges per NF only 10% from total athletes (e.g If NF send 10 athletes, have rights to send 1 Referee/Judge). Those numbers exclude NC Judge who pass the examination. Please note: OC will only handling full board accommodation for RC AKF & SEAKF.

After receiving the form, and verifying your booking reservation, a proforma invoice will be emailed to the booker.

Upon receiving the proforma invoice, booker shall settle at least 50% of the total amount within 7 days from the date of invoice, failure in this procedure will cause the booking to be considered null and void.

The remaining balance (50% of payment) shall be paid in full before March 30, 2017.

For any booking received after March 30, 2017, upon receiving the performance invoice, the booker shall pay at full amount within 7 days from the date of invoice, failure in this procedure will cause the booking to be considered null and void.
