Of utmost importance to us in selling our house was finding someone who would listen to, and respond to our needs and offer sound counsel throughout the process. Maynard did both. He is one of those rare real estate professionals who is truly passionate about his work, and places a priority on his client's satisfaction.

Maynard accomplishes this by being very upfront and transparent throughout, and always having a well thought out plan in advance, with clear next steps and options. It's here that Maynard's finance and accounting background really shines through, as he is very comfortable outlining financial implications, and walking through additional scenarios, as needed.

In terms of accessibility, Maynard always seems to be available and responsive to even the smallest need. Part of his success here is that he is very adept at using technology to ensure he's looped in and able to help expedite things along, even if it's not something directly under his watch. A great example was our having paperwork that needed to be signed to move up the close. This paperwork was not actually generated by Maynard, but by the escrow attorney. The escrow attorney required our signatures when both my wife and I were out of the state, and in two entirely different locations. Maynard immediately stepped in, and converted the paperwork digitally, so we could both e-sign, and with one click, submit approved paperwork. 

Having worked with several agents prior to Maynard, I think it's fair to say Maynard is truly exceptional .

We worked with Maynard on both the sale and purchase of our homes. From the very start, we were very impressed with Maynard's professionalism and knowledge of the market. We were embarking on our 1st sale and he helped us become very at ease with the process. When Maynard was not available he ensured we had assistance through an associate who was very capable in assisting. He effectively marketed our place and ensured it was ready for sale by adding little notes on the walls about details of our home. Our home sold in 2 weeks for a great price and we quickly switched to focusing on our hopeful purchase.

We were very active in using sites like Zillow and Redfin to find and go to open houses throughout our process. Maynard was always willing and able to show us houses in different neighborhoods when there may not have been open houses available. He allowed us the time to make our own decisions, but being available to assist with questions and guidance as needed. When we finally found the home we were interested in, Maynard was unfortunately out of town. However, he prepared both his associate and us for his departure and the offer and subsequent purchase of our house went through without a hitch. We were in a multiple offer situation but everything worked out in the end for us because of their guidance. 

In the end, we were able to simultaneously close both the sale and purchase on the same day which was a dream scenario for us. We were extremely pleased with the entire process and will continue to use Maynard for future purchases and sales. We would not hesitate to recommend Maynard!

Maynard came recommended to me from a friend, and I was very happy with his work. We worked together to put my home up on the market for sale. I immediately knew that Maynard was invested in helping me get the most for my home as he recommended that we stage the unit and he took on that cost out of his pocket. I was happy with the staging of the unit.

The home went to market on a Wednesday, Maynard held an open house on Sunday that was very well attended and by Monday evening we had 3 offers to choose from. Maynard patiently guided me through the pros/cons of each offer and we accepted one that evening. The closing process took some time, but that was a result of the buyer's financing. Maynard did an excellent job keeping me informed of status updates throughout, which I really appreciated. At the very end, the buyers were looking for a week extension, but Maynard worked very hard at pushing back on my behalf by working with the lender directly and reduced the number of days that we needed to extend by only 2 days; ultimately reducing extra costs for me. I was very happy with Maynard's professionalism and his service throughout the entire selling period and I would easily recommend him to others.
