    AT Blast All levels A class designed to challenge your fitness level! Timed cardiovascular drills and musclestrengthening exercises using weights, bands and the TRX system will tell that stubborn beat it! We will be implementing the TRX Suspension Training System that will build supmuscular balance, joint stability, mobility and core strength. This class is for all levels.

    Yoga All levels All Levels class to strengthen, open and clean the body by practicing classical yoga posedifferent sequences.

    umba All levels Latin inspired rhythm dance guaranteed to make your body move and your heart pump. fun class for everyone involved.

    ycling All levels This instructor-led indoor cycling class can burn 300-600 calories per session by incorpostrength, endurance and anaerobic intervals.

    eginners Yoga Beginners This is a new 6 week session class for those of you who want to try Yoga at a slower pacThis class is geared at helping you with flexibility, strength, balance and achieving relaxawhile you learn the basic Yoga poses and their correct alignment. If you have an injury ospecial medical condition that prevents you to keep up with a regular Yoga class this is thright class for you. Monday PM class is $60. Drop-in cost is $12 per class.     Group Gym Circuit All levels This group workout combines different machines in the gym in a 45 minute long circuit cl

    From treadmills to the squat machine to the abdominal machine to free weights and moreclass will teach you how to use the machines in a pleasant atmosphere where you can band tone your body.

    otal Body Conditioning All levels An all-inclusive workout that will target every major muscle group, plus add a cardio workburn fat.

    Water Fitness All levels This fitness class is good for all ages, all abilities. If you need a good workout in the watus for this class. The water is heated and we can get you movin and groovin! Cost is $5class. Check-in at the Fitness Front Desk.
