Dear Parents,

We realize people are anxious for us to announce the fee structure for next year and we do apologize

for the delay. As you know tuition and fees are controlled by the Ministry of Education and we simply

must wait for their decision, which they indicate should be forthcoming. We will share As soon as we

have tuition and fees information as soon as it is made available to us. Once again we do apologize for

the delay.

SAC meeting May 8 at 6:00 pm,

Gr. 11 Parent meeting May 10 @ 6:00 pm - This meeting is in regards to student applications for

University for grade 12 .

Gr. 6 Parent meeting May 17@6:00pm to assist students with transition to middle school.

Attendance at these meeting will be of great benefit to your child as they transition into new ohases

in their educational journeys and we encourage parents make every effort to attend both the

university preparation meeting and Grade 6 transition meeting if their children are in those grades.

THE GRADE 10 ART CLASS MADE OUR SCHOOL ENTRANCE A LITTLE MORE CANADIAN THIS WEEK WITH THE INTRODUCTION OF A INUKSHUK TO OUR FRONT FOYER GREAT WORK BY THE TALENTED ARTISTIC TEAM OF HUDA, ZEYAD, AASEM, SADEQ AND VARUN THE INUKSHUK IN A TRADITIONAL INUIT ART FORM USING STACKED STONES TO REPRESENT PLACES OF SIGNIFICANCE AND TO WELCOME AND INFORM NOMADIC TRAVELLERS IN THE CANADIAN FROZEN TUNDRAS

Ball Hockey vs HUBS

On Tuesday, May 2nd we hosted a friendly ball hockey match here at the school. The match took place in front of the school under the large shelter. Boys from grades 6-8 faced off against HAYAT Universal Bilingual School. We would like to congratulate the Blyth team on their 2-0 victory against HUBS. Players from both teams had good time and enjoyed themselves at this event, We hope to have more matches with each other in the future. We’re also thrilled to be able to have a school with a Canadian curriculum to play against, all coming together to play a famous Canadian sport.

Grade 1A had fun designing 3D shapes and

learning about the different attributes.

Future Scientists in Grade 2! 

Mrs. Sullivan’s grade 2 students were searching for ants as part of our Science Unit on “Small Crawling and Flying Animals”.  They used their magnifying glasses and headed outside to observe and study the ants 

around the school.
