Have you read the book by Charles Dickens, “A Tale of Two Cities”? I haven’t either. But no doubt, you have heard the opening line of that book: “It was the best of times, it was the worst of times…”

What a fitting phrase that could aptly describe the times in which we are currently living! Many people are ready for life to return as “normal”. Some are anxious. Some are skeptical. But can I just tell you that even though a virus has bewildered the entire world, GOD IS SOVEREIGN. He is in control. He isn’t stressed out or surprised. And, God, in His be-nevolent and generous and loving way, has given us a promise to reassure us in times such as these: Romans 8:28. Do you know it?

“And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.”

There is good that God is working on even in the midst of this terrible disease. My challenge for you is this: Look for the good that God is working on in your life and in the life of your family.
