The Olde Tyme 4-H club met at the Lawson Fire Department on April 10th. A presentation on basic first aid, CPR, and AED machines was given by the department personnel. Members learned how to apply a pressure bandage and wrap injuries. Older members also received basic instruction on CPR and AED machines. After the presentation, the members toured the ambulances and fire trucks. The club would like to thank the Lawson Fire Department for volunteering their time! The information shared was very valuable and it was great for the members to learn about what the men and women in the department do to keep us safe!
