OVERVIEW

Maxell International is the specialized and one of the most trusted brands in protecting lives and

properties across Middle East and through its associated company in India. We provide end to end

solutions in Security, Safety and Surveillance Systems spanning across Oman.

Today, we pride ourselves in the design, supply and installation of a wide range of Security, Fire

Safety and Life Saving System.

The Company started its operations in Oman almost a decade back and comprises of competent

Managers, Engineers, Supervisors and Technicians to provide highest quality of customer

satisfaction, best project delivery and support. Our total staff strength in Oman has grown to 50

and is steadily growing as our number of new orders and customers is increasing every year.

We have a proud list of clienteles in Oman consisting of Private and Government Sector players.

Royal Oman Police, Ministry of Education, Sultan Qaboos University have been our repeat

Government sector customers. Some of our few clients in the private sector are Vale, Aramex, OHI,

Leadership Team

Our Managing Director, Santhosh Kumar Nair

He has more than 30 years of corporate experience in Finance and Business. He worked with MNCs

in India, UAE and Oman heading their Finance Department. He has vast business experience in the

Fire, Safety, Security, Corporate and Retail businesses. His business acumen and energy are taking

the company to greater heights with proven success histories. Currently, he successfully runs

businesses in India, UAE and Sultanate of Oman.

Our CEO, Dominic K P

With 36 years of corporate experience in Life-safety and Security Industry, Dominic is the guiding

force for Maxell. He is the Founder-member and the current National president of Fire and Security

Association of India.

He has well-built business associations with Global OEMs; hence product management is effortless.

He leads the company with great confidence and passion to excel, create benchmarks in

organizational leadership and mold the company into a technology-driven company.

Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)

We listen and understand the needs of our customers and act as a trusted advisor and technology

partner. We maintain trained, skilled and technically experienced work force who ensures that the

systems installed at client site is working healthy so that it operates effectively in case of

emergencies. We are committed to undertake the following AMC for Life safety & Security systems

Comprehensive AMC

In a comprehensive AMC, the analysis of breakdowns or faults in the hardware and repairing or

service is taken care of by the service provider. This includes spare parts replacement free of cost.

Apart from this, preventive maintenance is also done on a pre-determined or agreed frequency. It

excludes all physical mishandling and physical damages.

Non-Comprehensive AMC

This is similar to a Comprehensive AMC, but in this, the cost of spare parts replacement is borne

by the customer. This usually means only service – break-down service and preventive

maintenance – is provided under Non-Comprehensive AMC.

DETAILED PRODUCT PORTFOLIO

Perimeter Protection Systems

PIDS is the first level of security for all premises. The technology consists of

a sensor cable which can be attached to any existing or new metal security

fence to provide effective perimeter intrusion (PIDS) protection.

There are different types of PIDS systems like coaxial cable based or sensor-

based technologies. Maxell has strong relations with companies like ST

Engg- AgilFence and FFT Technologies for PIDS systems and has installed

power fencing solutions in Oman for ROP.

Physical Barrier Security Systems

Physical Barrier Systems like Road blockers, Bollards have been installed

in key locations in Oman like all the border posts Of Oman like

Buraimi, Ibri, Khasab etc.

Several Installations of Boom Barriers have been done in key locations in

Hospitals and commercial locations in Muscat, other locations in Oman.

Security Systems

Surveillance Systems:

Surveillance systems like PTZ, Explosion cameras, Fixed cameras, Dome

Cameras form the second layer of security systems.

Maxell International has designed end to end surveillance systems

(including MEP and ELV) installed and commissioned for several clients like Al Bina, S&T, OHI,

Ministry of Tourism etc.

Intruder Detection and Access Management

IAM systems are required to secure the premises and ensure the right access

to various locations in the premise.

Our company has installed these systems with major Commercial

contractors like Al Bina, S&T, Aramex and government agencies like Ministry

of Tourism.


Fire Fighting and Suppression Systems

• Aerosol Fire suppression The Condensed Aerosol Technology is an innovative extinguishing and one of the new firefighting strategies for use in both occupied and non- occupied areas. STAT-X is the Aerosol Fire Suppression system which is UL and EPA certified.

• Gas Fire Suppression Clean Agent Systems like FM 200 are installed in multiple location across Oman. We undertake installation, commissioning of Aerosol and Gas Suppression systems.

Heald Ltd from UK design and manufacture a range of innovative hostile vehicle mitigation products and traffic control solutions. The award-winning perimeter security products include an array of innovative bollards, blockers and barriers. Maxell International has installed Heald Road blockers across all the border locations in Oman and key ROP sites.

Jablotron from Czech Republic is the manufacturer of security technology offers Innovative products, they are quickly transforming new ideas in to functional products which leads to provide smart solutions.

PELCO is a valued partner in CCTV cameras especially in the Oil and Gas Field sector with high expertise in PTZ, Explosion proof, Fixed cameras, Fixed dome cameras. Their cameras have been preferred in high security zones in several installations in PDO, key Government locations in Oman.


Gallagher is the world leader in Perimeter and Access Control systems. The

company is based out of New Zealand. It provides the most innovative and

advanced designs and solutions from entry level to enterprise level

applications. Gallagher Access Control Systems have been installed in key

locations across the world especially in Oman in Government Agencies Like

RCA, various Ministries and commercial establishments.

HID Global is an American manufacturer of secure identity

solutions. HID’s innovative products, including RFID and active

in the fire and life safety products industry.

Nvent Liquid Leak detection system works on a sensing cable technology. It has 3 different applications, detection of liquid

hydrocarbon, chemicals and water. Any leakage can be detected with the exact leak location to the main control panel. System implemented successfully in buried and overhead pipelines, airport hydrant fueling, tank farms and terminals, acid and solvent processing plants, datacenters and infrastructure, Libraries etc.

Stairway Evacuation Chairs permits the safe egress of mobility impaired persons from a high-rise buildings, flats and hospitals in the event of an emergency or evacuation. The standard model series features 182kg payload capacity, is lightweight, easy to use.
