Create a New Appraisal.
1. Firstly select “Create New Appraisal”
2. You will then need to select “The Reviewer”, The Employee and Manager” and the time period.
The “List”
button will show
you your
previously saved
reviews. You can
also edit settings
and run reports
from the “List”

3. Select competency’s you wish the review
You will have the
ability to save
the review as a
template
4. Click on the magnifying glass beside the employee name to access the performance review

6. To review the “Competencies” simply click the magnifying glass next to the first competency listed.
7. Move the slide bars to show employees level of achievement. This will generate text in the “Supporting Text” Box. The coaching button will provide suggestions for the coaching box.
Press “Next Competency” to move to next competency screen

8. After completing the competencies, you will be given the opportunity to further develop the review by adding goals, development solutions and comments

the “Coaching” box
within the competency
review section
9. After filling in all necessary information, to “Preview” the document, first click “Generate Document”

10. Within the pop up screen you will be able to preview and edit the document. After you have completed this process. Click the save icon in the top left hand corner. Then click the close button.
11. After you have closed the pop up screen you will need to click “Save as Final Document”

12. Click the “Final Document” button. You will then be able to Download your appraisal.
14. After downloading the document. Simply click “List” and you will be taken back to the Appraisals screen.

How to “View Appraisals”
1. Firstly select “View Current Appraisals” You also can select “Completed Appraisals”

under the “My
Appraisals” tab.
Other Team

will be under
“Other Appraisals”
From this screen you will also
be able to generate new
appraisals, set time periods,
edit settings and run reports.

1. Firstly select “Settings”
2. The pop up window will allow you to edit the Appraisal Process as well as the document. After completing any edits. Click the save button in the top left hand corner

1. Firstly select “Reports and Analysist”
2. You can then filter by employee and time period. Click Search
3. Click on the magnifying glass beside the review you would like to see the reporting on

4. You will then be able to view reports as a basic overview, competencies and factors
