Document Storage
√ Full electronic records management system√ All policies and procedures are maintained on the cloud and are secure√ Document control functionality√ It contains a read receipt system for policy/procedure updates√ Many consultants have uploaded their IP for templates such as WHS (Federal and state), Fair Work Act, Privacy Act, Fraud Control etc√ The systems is designed as a “one source of truth” for employees to access policies and procedures√ Maus is currently designing an android application to access this information remotely via smart phone

Risk and Work Health and Safety
√ WHS is broken down to industries of risk, as per state and federal legislation, ie, electrical & chemical √ Contains an incident register functionality√ Safe Work Methods Statement templates (SWMS)√ Lessons Learned area which links to the document control section√ All risk categories link to a policy and treatments library√ The library acts as an environmental risk support tool for all categories of organisational risk.√ An android application is under development so incidents can be logged remotely with pictures and recorded on the system√ Incident reporting connects to the KPI interface√ ISO 31000 & AS/NZS 31000:2009 RMS compliant
√ Cloud based electronic risk and incident register√ Categories include WHS, Fraud Control, Finance, Projects, Audit and Assurance, Compliance etc

Human Resource Management
√ Cloud based HRM module which contains policies and procedures√ These can be accessed via the cloud by all employees√ There is a leave module for all employees to submit all leave types√ Leave types interface with the KPI module for reporting purposes
√ The HRM module manages all staff training records√ It contains a staff performance and appraisal system√ This system is linked to the managers KPI so performance targets can be measured and managed√ The system is under review to become a virtual HRM employee file

Projects
√ Cloud based Projects management module√ Projects can be created and managed online√ Reports can be tailored and interface with the KPI module, risk and other Hub modules
√ Reports are both quantitative and qualitative√ The module generates milestone reminders√ Project tasks can be assigned to individuals as it interfaces with the HRM module
