Our dearest partners and clients !In 1972, Bridge 14 Joint stock company was established with the responsibility of building and reparing bridges and roads in order to ensure smooth traffic for national defense, the liberation of the South and the reunification of the country. Over more than 40 years of development, the company has experienced many forms such as state-owned enterprise, independently accounted enterprise, state-governed joint stock company and now joint stock company. The company has contributed to the construction of many important transportation projects for the country. In the times of industrialization, modernization and international economic integration, Bridge 14 JSC has overcome hardship by upholding to its core values of a socialist labour hero and taking advantages of qualified engineers, skilled technical workers and managers with leadership skill as well as innovative thinking. Besides, the company has gradually been improving

its financial capacity, increasing its investment in modern construction equipments and putting the application of advanced technologies in reality. Hence, in recent years, it has been taking firm steps toward sustainable development in order to become a prestigous company which is trusted by domestic and international partners. WELCOME LETTER


1972 1981

22 May 1972Ministy of Transport issued Correspndence No. 1070/TC to establish BRIDGE 14 CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, which was subordinate to Department of constructional works 2.

The name of the company was changed to BRIDGE 14 ENTERPRISE which was subordinate to The Union of Traffic Construction Enterprise 1.

The name of the company was changed to BRIDGE 14 JOINT STOCK COMPANY.

Over the years, in addition to focusing on investment in equipment and technology, Bridge 14 JSC has been particularly interested in developing high-qualified human resources through preeminent policy of recruitment and remuneration which creates friendly working environment and provides employees with stable income and the opportunities for personal growth.Our managers and staff have appropriate qualifications and good administrative abilities. Our technical workers are skilled and well trained. Especially we have many highly skilled workers whose expertise has been developed through large projects, thus they have obtained first-hand experiences and mastered modern technologies as well as advanced sciences.

FINANCIAL RESOURCES

In the process of production and business, we have allocated our own abundant financial resources to invest in strategic projects in long term. Our total value of assets always stands at over VND 400 billion of which strategic shareholders and employees own VND 60 billion, ensuring the charter capital structure to be in line with current scale of the production. We have achieved stable growth in the results of annual production, with average revenue accounting for 80%-85% of output value. In upcoming years, we are scheduled to increase our charter capital to VND 90 billion to ensure financial capabil i ty for investment in real estate and construction contracts which are invested by ODA, WB, ADB, BOT, BT.In addition, we have built a good cooperation with joint-stock commercial banks in issuing bid bond guarantee and executing construction contracts with appropriate credit limit and interest rate which are suitable for our current conditions of production.

Given our long-term business strategy, in order to meet the actual demands and adapt to the trend of constructing transport infrastructure in a comprehensive and modern manner, we have invested in advanced construction equipments and put various modern scientific applications in reality. Therefore, we commit to have sufficient
