HUTT CITY We exist to bring people into a life changing relationship with Jesus Christ. Sunday March 24 2019 Over the last couple of weeks I have introduced Glenda and my life verse. Matthew 6: 33 "Seek first His Kingdom and righteousness and all these things shall be given to you." This verse comes in the context of Jesus teaching the multitudes and He is saying that God is the ultimate source of provision. What is required of you and me is that we seek (intensely pursue), first (make it the highest priority), His Kingdom, Kingdom meaning His rulership in our lives. This is not an event but a pursuit. I'm asking Hutt City to pursue God in these days. To raise the level of passion. To love God and to love people. How our world needs to encounter His Kingdom. May Hutt City be known for its passion and its pursuit. I spoke recently saying the first couple of months focus was to understand procedures. Obviously this journey has not ended but its been good to understand how we do things around Hutt City. I said the next couple of months (March - May), focus will be on "who is Hutt City?" This will be an opportunity for you to make sure Leadership has details around your name and contact details. We would be working towards giving you information regarding our people but at this moment, I'm wanting the Data base to be improved and brought up to date. Abby has agreed to project manage the task of getting information from you, our people. Could I please ask you to assist Abby and her team as we make contact with you around getting correct details. Please be assured we will respect your wishes around how this information is shared but at this time we are collecting information for Senior Leadership eyes only. At Hutt City we exist to bring people into a life changing relationship with God. Children are valued and are welcome even if they make a
bit of noise. Children are invited to attend Kids Church during the meeting, there is also a Creche for children 0-2 years of age.
Our Chinese Fellowship also runs during the service.
