It does MATTER to us.: So far, the benefits we are controlling and granting at daily basis are the figures as below.: A, By replacing SIO2, natural fiber in rubber compressing and curing in production could actually save quite bit chemicals and energies in scientific formula of calculation. One ton of SIO2 consumes Na2SIO3.9H2O 1.26 tons Sulfuric acid 0.45 " steam 2.1 " water 28 " coal 0.75 " Above elements and factors create a ton of SIO2 and furthermore processing also generates pollution and harmful fume in production. Plus great amount of energy in making chemical reaction into SIO2 in the meantime. Which we haven't have chance and experience to figure out for those to be produced in other facilities outside XYL. XYL has a system to collect natural wood chip from furniture industry and grain shell from crop grinding factory. Those natural stuffs must be gone through drying, grinding, and mixing processes into pellets before compounding with natural rubber. However we only need natural sunshine to dry our wooden chip and grain shell before minimum electricity being used for grinding ,1000KW and pelleting ,2000KW efficiently. For a ton of natural fiber as filler in rubber production eventually takes 3000KW in reducing carbon footprint and no harmful side effects totally as our best shot in environmental protection and social compliance, too. We will need more guiding to proceed next move in sustainability priority furthermore. XYL isn't an exclusive factory for any brand. On the contrast, not yet a strong brand /factory group sticks with MATTER either . With varied processes in facilities, It will be some obstacles to achieve GREEN factory first before turning our clients to be greener without strong support from you guys. If XYL control stable volume of green products, we shall have enough resources to turn all to be green in XYL sooner or later. And for industry eventually with supporting from leading brand who takes the lead without doubts. B. Second phase for next level of green solution/process-MATTER plus, YXL will reclaim used rubber to be recycled with natural rubber in MATTER which already mixed with natural fiber to avoid stubbornly solid wastes of rubber related products and harmful pollution from disposal of rubber . There is a great opportunity to combine with yours recycled rubber system to be utilized ultimately for both, It positively cuts off the usage of rubber by end of day as our strong statement and next move.
