A. Since the Application is Ready and Tested, it can be quicklyreplicated in other states

B. As basic Application Architecture is ready, Replication inother states would need Customization in Local languageand Data population

C. Tablet PCs are being provided under NeGP-A for all states,hence upfront investment in hardware would be less

D. Matir Katha Application is built entirely on Open SourceSoftware, so cost of implementation is moderate
