The Construction Was Built By 3 Steps :
a. First, on 1961/1962 – 1964/1965.
b.The second step was on 1966 – 1968.
c. The fanil step was 1969 – 1967.

The surface area’s formula of pyramid
Luas Permukaan = Luas Alas + 4 ( Luas Segitiga)Luas Permukaan = ( S x S ) + 4 ( ½ x a x t)

The surface area of monas’s tower
Surface area big pyramid – surface area small pyramid
V. Big pyramid= VAV. Small pyramid= VB
V. pyramid = VA – VB=[1/3(L.alas)A x t A] – [(1/3L.alas) B x t B=[1/3(s Ax s A x t A) – 1/3(s B x s B x t B)]=1/3[((s A) 2 x t A) – ((s B) 2 x t B)]

• Berdasarkan rumus diatas, maka volume tugu monas dapat dihitung sebagai berikut :
• V. pyramid =1/3 [((s A) 2 x t A) – ((s B) 2 x t B)]=1/3 [((6) 2 x 110) – ((5) 2 x 17)]=1/3[(36 x 110) –(25 x 17)]=1/3 [3960 – 425]=1/3 x 3535 m 3
=1178.3 m 3
