MC#: 6344-01Aluminum sheet that has been treated with an etchant to create decorative surface effects. The etching process does not require heat, but uses a photosensitive film to mask areas that are not to be affected. Used for automotive interiors, for furniture and for apparel accessories.

MC#: 6345-01Polypropylene fiber that has a non-cylindrical geometry to improve performance. It has improved absorbency, better thermal bonding strength and improved wicking absorp-tion. Used as filters, sanitary wipes, diapers and non-woven covers.

MC#: 6345-02Flexible, durable heating textile suitable for use close to the body. This four layer system comprises a top face fabric, an insulation layer, a heating panel layer that is made from a conductive polymer, and a substrate. Applications are for bedding and sports apparel.

MC#: 6346-01Thin, flexible polymer foil that provides scratch resistance to paper products. This poly-ester film is clear with a matt surface finish. It offers good scratch-resistant properties compared to other paper coatings. Applications are for binders, boxes, folders, dividers and slip cases.

MC#: 6347-01FSC Certified patterned wood cellulose veneers. A propri-etary digital printing process is used to achieve an abra-sion resistant surface while maintaining a porous surface to accept pigments and coat-ings. Applications include lighting design, furniture and wall and ceiling panels.

MC#: 6348-01Thermoformable thermoplas-tic polyolefin (TPO) that offers a high gloss surface. This series of durable polyolefin materials with molded-in color has been designed to exhibit excellent resistance to scratch and mar, reducing damage both during process-ing and in the field.
