Production Manager – Future process owner Material Strategy implementation activities will take place in a

selected area of the plant or the Value Stream Production Manager and Shift Leaders of this area will become

future process owners. They will be responsible for sustaining Material Handling processes.

They must actively participate in all Implementation Team’s decisions and reviews in order to understand and accepted new processes – this point is critical to the success of the Material Strategy project.
