Seal-Master™ & Sure-Seal™ System Operation
Step 6
The operator then closes the Seal-Master™ bag spoutaccess chamber doors.
Step 1
Operator loads a bag into the bulk bag discharger. Thebottom of the bulk bag is supported by a discharge panfor operator safety.
Step 2
The operator opens the Seal-Master™ dust-tight spoutaccess chamber doors.
Step 3
The operator accesses the discharge spout of the bagthrough the opening in the clamp ring, then places thebulk bag discharge spout and liner (if applicable) overthe outside diameter of the discharge spool.
Step 4
The operator turns a selector switch, activating the Sure-Seal™ pneumatic spout clamp system. Twin pneumaticcylinders lower the clamp ring and seal against the topof the spool, creating a dust-tight seal. The operator thenunties the bag discharge spout.
Step 5
With the discharge spout untied, the discharge cycle begins.

Flo-Lock™ Gate
Flo-Lock gate provides completeand reliable shut off of materialflow. Gate stops flow of materialsin applications where iris valves,pneumatic pinch bar systems, orarticulated rod type gates may jam,break, or fail to halt material flow.Ideal for partial bag discharging,it allows a partially discharged bagto be re-tied and removed fromthe discharger.

Flo-Master™ Massagers
Two (2) powerful pneumatic cylin-ders actuate two (2) heavy-dutytubular massaging frames. The mas-saging frames, located on opposinglower sides of the bulk bag, raiseand lower the bottom of the bag,elevating and pushing material intothe flow path. Massaging framespivot on 1" diameter sh afts withpivot bearings. System includesadjustable timer controls.
Modular Valve Stack
Rugged modular Parker® valvesperform in applications wherereliability is paramount. Valves aremounted to a common backpanel, and piped with corrosion-resistant stainless steel tubing.

Material Master™ Bulk Bag Material Conditioner
Since inventing the industries’ first hydraulic Bulk Bag Conditioner in 2001, Material Transfer has provided application specificbulk bag conditioning solutions for a wide range of industries. Our new patent-pending system utilizes hydraulically actuatedpivoting conditioning arms and a rotary lift table to quickly, safely, and efficiently return hardened, caked, solidified, or agglom-erated materials to a manageable, free-flowing state. To ensure your satisfaction, Material Transfer offers in house testing ofyour materials prior to equipment investment. Units are custom designed to your application requirements, and available asstand-alone designs, or integrated with our Bulk Bag Discharging System.
System replaces less effective, and dangerous methods of bag conditioning, including the use of baseball bats, pipes,hammers, forklifts, and dropping bulk bags.
Simply load your bulk bag into the Material Master™ Bulk Bag Material Conditioner, initiate the automatic conditioningcycle, then remove your properly conditioned bag.
