The first Megapier was constructed in 1999 and could hold all large vessels at
the time.Currently Curacao is developing the second mega pier at the Rif
Seaport due to increased demand. The second megapier is a project of USD/
60milion.

SeaHarbor Transport is a small ship handling and maritime service company
with 4 towboats and 3 barges. SHT provides a full maritime service 24/7 for
Bonaire - Aruba - Curacao. The Port of Willemstad is their home base from
where they operate their business and where their office, barges, tugs and
tenders are located. Business is growing and SHT is expanding to Aruba (2015)
and Panama (2016).
SHT deals with waste oil from ships for which it works together with the
Curacao refinery.
SHT offers oilspill recovery, for which they work together with Dutch company
KOSEQ. SHT has a supply boat with arm for oil spill recovery. Besides this SHT
works together with Dutch government agency Rijkswaterstaat, Ministry of
Infrastructure and Environment, on capacity building in Bonaire on oil spill
recovery.
Management of crew changes: full trajectory from airport pick up to arrival at off
shore location, including handling with migration permits and hotel.

of bunker fuel supply operation onshore and offshore on Aruba, by its new
subsidiary company Curoil Aruba. With this launch, Curoil’s operations now
cover the territorial waters of the Dutch Kingdom’s Leeward Islands in front of

The aim of the Aruba Port Authority is to provide a safe, efficient, accessible,
