Learning Objectives
After successful completion of this activity, participants should be able to:
• Analyze controversial issues in the multidisciplinary management of IBD to formulate optimal therapeutic algorithms, with considerations for special patient populations and bene� ts and risks of treatment options
• Plan e� ective treatment for patients with IBD based on careful risk assessment and targeted patient selection
• Evaluate and select evidence-based treatment regimens that may improve patient outcomes and quality of care
Who Should Attend
This educational activity is specifically designed for gastroenterologists, hospitalists, internal medicine specialists, and other healthcare professionals (physicians-in-training, nurses, pharmacists, physicians assistants, etc.) involved and/or interested in the therapeutic management of patients with IBD.
