Design ThinkingDesign Thinking is the way to build a culture of innovation within your organisation. It draws upon diversity in ideas, background and expertise to yield creative and innovative outcomes. This session will enable you to appraise the value of Design Thinking in relation to specific complex problems in cross-functional teams in your organisation.

Creative CollaborationOur working environment has changed and new skills, attitudes and behaviours are now necessary to collaborate effectively in remote settings. This masterclass will explore how teams develop meaningful professional collaborations. Effective collaboration for the purposes of creative and innovative outcomes is something we can achieve remotely.

Workplace WellnessWith the rise of technology and artificial intelligence, the nature of work is becoming more fluid, adaptable and collaborative. This requires continuous upskilling. As work increasingly involves computers and machines, human beings can add value by complementing and harnessing technologies and by being creative, innovative, perceptive, intuitive, empathetic, and adaptable. To do this, humans need to be in a good state of physical, mental, and emotional wellness to be able to bring these qualities to work each day. This session is a first look at the steps required to develop effective employee wellness programmes.
