The Agora-building is located on the University hill (Vattenborgsvägen 5)
Staff and some of the small seminar rooms are located on the third floor.
Lecture halls (XX and XXII) and Lecture rooms (110A&B, 115A), are located on the first floor
The Computer class K126A&B and lecture room K124B are located in the basement floor

If the student wishes to take courses that are offered
by the University of Turku (UTU) (s)he needs to
apply for a flexible study right agreement at
www.joopas.fi

JOOPAS – flexible study right
Students have to apply for a flexible study right agreement
(JOOPAS) in order to be granted permission to attend UTU-courses
and get an UTU username and password

The credits are NOT transferred automatically from UTU to ÅAU
The student must bring an official study transcript from UTU to the
Faculty office in Axelia.

Study module in Innovation and Business Creation
Students in the Embedded Computing MDP will take the minor subject Innovation and Business Creation at the University of Turku
1) Fill in the online application form: http://www.utu.fi/en/units/braheadevelopment/education/innovation-and-entrepreneurship-education/Pages/innovation-and-business-creation-study-module-.aspx -> Application form
Please notice, that the IBC application deadline is 31.8.2016. Should you not be able to send your application by the deadline, please contact mrs. Sari Stenvall-Virtanenby email [email protected]
2) Students in the Embedded Computing MDP will be automatically granted the IBC study right for thecourses (personal study plan specified in the application form) , in total 25 ECTS
3) apply for a flexible study right (JOOPAS) for the courses you want to take: www.joopas.fi
4) After getting the IBC study right, please register to the courses through nettiopsu and study the coursetimetables and content carefully.
