In terms of building management, 3D scanned data can be used to capture the physical condition of the existing asset by delivering millions of coordinate XYZ with color pixels. This valuable data can be applied at various times for progress inspection in building construction. It can also be used as project plan for building renovation or even create layout plans for buildings that do not have 2D/3D plans before. There are various applications of 3D Scanned data and photorealistic images.
