The course relies on teamwork and the previous work experience of the participants as it builds a common vocabulary for the group, reviews the
application of various statistical tools and provides hands on training in their various methods and application.
LEAN SIX SIGMA GREEN BELT (LSSGB) TRAINING5 Days (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM)
Objective:To know Lean Six Sigma concepts, Run a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Project and prepare for LSSGB Exam.
Benefits:Attendees will become LSSGB Certified and should be able to execute a Lean Six Sigma Project to solve problems in the Organization for cost savings, scrap reduction etc.
Course Contents:This training is 30 Hours based on International Curriculum by IASSC.
