How to Fix Your Chariot (ages 16-20 only) – You are on your way to Rome when the wheel on your chariot breaks off. Where is that spare wheel? How do I get the broken one off? Or maybe you’re just outside Athens and the horses have “run out of gas.” What type of “gas” do you feed them? Under the experienced and dexterous hands of Rob Outly and Will Blake, attendees will learn the basics needed when traveling the roads of Rome and Greece.
America’s Next Top Roman! (ages 12-15 only) – Join our efful-gent young hosts, the propitious Jeffery Parker and the delightful Alex Dyer in their quest to find America’s Next Top Romans! Con-testants will be taught about six didactic Greek and Roman myths, ranging from the beginning of the world to the turbulent Trojan War, with a handful of mortal and immortal hijinks in be-tween! Then, as a final show of masterful mind-power, the room will be divided, and contestants will compete on teams to discern who really would be the best Roman citizens, because after all, you have to think like a Roman to be a Roman! So come one, come all to see if you have what it takes to be America’s Next Top Roman! How to Wrap a Toga (ages 12-15 only) – It’s installation night. You are to be installed as Senior Deacon. You look in the mirror and everything is perfect. The hair, the suit, even the sunglasses you searched hours online to buy. You go downstairs and your Mom says, “You realize your tie doesn’t match your suit, don’t you?” You are shocked! “How dare she say I’m not matched. The pink tie goes perfectly with the baby blue colored suit!” You decide to grab another tie. You ask yourself “Half-Windsor or Full Windsor? How do I start? Do I really not match? What if some-one is wearing the same suit as me? Am I overdressed?” All these questions and more will be tied together in perfect Full Windsor by John E. Kelley, III and Steven M. Knott, Jr.

Our theme is “Legions of Conclave.” That's
right, we have brought a little piece of Ancient
Rome to life at DeMolay.
It has been an honor and pleasure to serve as
your State Master Councilor. I would like to
welcome you all to Conclave 2015, which will
prove to be a great end to another excellent
year.
This year we have focused on expansion to-
wards the west and we are making strides in
completing that goal. Slowly but surely, DeMo-
lay in Massachusetts will grow and return to the
whole of the Commonwealth. Dad Jeff Kitsmiller has been working tirelessly
to make this a reality and we are grateful to him. I would like to thank all the
members, advisors, staff, volunteers, parents and friends who allow DeMolay
to flourish, not just here in Massachusetts, but throughout the world.
The State Officers and Conclave Staff have put all their effort into creating a
unique, exciting and hands on experience. Conclave is all about FUN and
more importantly Brotherhood!
Fraternally,
State Master Councilor 2014-2015

Welcome!
The 2015 Massachusetts DeMolay Conclave marks
the passing of another successful year for the Order
of DeMolay. The seminars, activities and athletic
events have been created to offer you the maximum
in DeMolay knowledge, brotherhood and fun!
This year’s Romans theme is creatively unique and I
compliment the State Officers for their very creative
thinking. The State Officers have invited back Adam
Carroll who spoke at Conclave last year. Mr. Carroll
received such great reviews from last year’s at-
tendees that it was a natural thing to invite him to
return and carry on.
My personal thanks to Dad Jon Caliri, PSMC for his
continued efforts as Director of Conclave. There is no one more dedicated to this
program than he is and the quality of his leadership is unmatched. Thank you
Dad Caliri! Of course, Dad Caliri has assembled an equally talented team of Ad-
visors to assist him. Thank you from all of us.
The Conclave 2015 program should be one that will be rewarding in personal
growth as well as a pleasant break in your schedules. Take full advantage of eve-
rything Conclave has to offer you.
This has been a great year and there are many people to thank for their continued
work and support. Many will be honored here this weekend and some will be
inevitably forgotten. Find the people that make your time in DeMolay worth-
while and don’t forget to express your appreciation. Enjoy!
Fraternally,
Brian S. Noble
