Hello Pro Lifers!
Our pro life group will once again be marching in the Weirton 4th of July parade on Thursday, July 4th at 10
am. We need lots and lots of volunteers to proclaim our message of Protecting All Life. I am hoping Madonna
students, confirmation students, families and friends will participate. Please pass this info on to anyone you think
might be interested. We will meet downtown on the overhead bridge between 9:30 am and 10:00 am. Those that
have the "Guarding All Life t-shirts are asked to wear them. Anyone else can wear a red shirt or anything red,
white and blue. We do have a lot of fun while walking for Life. Please join us.
BIBLE STUDY
We will once again be holding our weekly bible study
beginning this Wednesday June 26 at 6:30 pm. Every
Wednesday evening at 6:30pm in the conference room, we
will study the coming week’s Sunday Gospel text, with a
visual presentation by Fr Larry with questions and discussion.
Thank you to everyone who took the time to sign the Pentecostal Promise. We deeply appreciate your continued support of our parish community. We truly couldn't do it all without you. Anyone who didn’t sign the Pentecostal Promise, you can still join a ministry, just call or stop by the church office and let us know which one you choose.
ATTENTION ALL EMPLOYEES AND VOLUNTEERS: The Diocese’s Office of Safe Environment will offer a live VIRTUS training at St. Anthony’s Parish in Follansbee on Monday, 24 June 2019 starting at 6 pm. Pre-registration is REQUIRED. To preregister, please go to www.virtusonline.org and select the “First-Time Registrant” option on the left side of the screen. Follow the prompts and be sure to check that you want to attend a live session. Select the session for St. Anthony’s Parish in Follansbee on Monday, 24 June 2019 starting at 6 pm. If you do not have access to a computer, please contact the parish for assistance in preregistering. All three components can be completed and accomplished during the live VIRTUS session scheduled for St. Anthony’s Parish in Follansbee on Monday, 24 June 2019 starting at 6 pm
