A MESSAGE FROM FATHER RICH Several week ago I received a call about an individual who had been hospitalized for several weeks and I found out
about right before his death. I was at the hospital three or four times visiting someone else over that period of time. I had no idea this person was hospitalized as due to privacy issues, as hospitals no longer call. Please call the rectory
and inform us as I make every attempt to visit if possible. As we are in the last week of Advent and
Christmas is two days away please pray for all those who have fallen away from the Church that they may come home for Christmas. Please note the Mass schedule for
Christmas. Wishing you a very Merry Christmas on behalf of the parish staff, deacon Neal and myself.
God Bless,
~ F a t h e r R i c h

DEACON NEAL’S REFLECTION CORNER
In three days, we celebrate the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ. Hopefully, we have taken this Advent and prepared our hearts, that we can come to a greater understanding of his love. The God of all creation, humbles himself and becomes man, so that we can come to him and get to know him. Jesus came to us so that he could eventually show us what love is and to establish a Church, that can help us understand his love for us. Don't call it a happy holiday. It's Christmas!!!! Christ sent out into the world. What a great gift of love. We celebrate his birth, beginning this Tuesday and going at least for 12 days following. We celebrate a birth after the child is born. Celebrate the whole Christmas Season!!! On behalf of my wife, Dianne, and my whole family, we wish you all a Merry Christmas. Jesus is the Reason for the Season!!
God Bless, ~Deacon Neal
