MASON JAR BANANA BREAD Prep time: 15 minutes / Cook time: 25 minutes / Skill level: Easy INGREDIENTS: 4 sliced ripe bananas 4 eggs 2 tablespoon melted butter 2 tablespoon melted coconut oil 1/2 cup almond butter 1/2 cup coconut flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 teaspoon salt TOPPINGS: 8 teaspoon dark chocolate chips (optional) 8 teaspoon chopped walnuts (optional) EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Measuring cups and spoons, a blender, 8 small mason jars, large pan and a rubber spatula. METHOD: Preheat the oven to 350°. In a blender or food processor, place all the ingredients except for the coconut flour, baking soda and baking powder. Blend until smooth then add the remaining ingredients and mix again. Coat the mason jars with coconut oil, then fill each half full with the batter. If desired, top with a teaspoon of chocolate chips and chopped walnuts. Stir the toppings into the batter then place jars on to a pan and bake at for 25 minutes. Let cool and serve. INGREDIENTS:4 sliced ripe bananas

4 eggs

2 tablespoon melted butter

2 tablespoon melted coconut oil

1/2 cup almond butter

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon salt
