How It Works:A 12 month average of usage history and current gas or electricity rate is calculated (locked in for 8 months)Every 8 months, usage and rates are recalculated and any difference (rolling true up) will appear on the customers 9th invoice Contact the Incumbent to re-enroll for delivery and contact Ambit for supply
