The office will be open 9:00am-1:00pm on the following dates: June 18 th , 19 th , 21 st , 26 th and 27 th . Beginning July 3 rd the office will be open only on Thursdays 9:00-1:00pm. Voice and email messages will be checked on a regular basis. Ministry Volunteers - We are in need of volunteers for all church ministries, most especially Saturday at 5:00pm but the Sunday ministries are in need as well. We ask you give prayerful thought to becoming a volunteer in service to the parish as a reader, collector, Eucharistic Minister etc. Up front, we want to dispel the belief that this would be a "commitment for life". In respect of your time - please know the Ministry Schedule is prepared for 3 months in advance on a quarterly basis (Next new schedule will start October 7) and you are given an opportunity to let the Secretary know in advance if you are unavailable for any reason during the schedule. We plan to hold ministry workshops in the early Fall so please consider volunteering in service to the church. Summer Maintenance Position - We are looking to hire a student or individual who would work under the supervision of the Maintenance/Caretaker beginning July 3-August 17, 2018 (7 weeks) Hours: Mon-Thurs 7:00am-3:00pm @ $11.15/hour.
