Martin’s Upholstery Supplies Ltd will replace goods found to be damaged, but will not replace or credit goods, which have been tampered with in any way from which they were dispatched

Out of stock items will be forwarded as they become available without liability to us

Retention Of Title

Martin’s Upholstery Supplies Ltd retains ownership of all goods until payment of invoice Whether or not they are in the purchaser’s possession
