3. When can I set up my exhibit space?
Set-up begins at 1:00 PM PT on Monday, May 14th. All displays must be completely assembled by 5:00 PM.
All displays must remain set up for the duration of all scheduled exhibit hours. Breaking down booths early is a disruption to the event, as well as to your neighboring exhibitors.
4. When can I dismantle my exhibit?Tear-down begins at 7:00 PM on Wednesday, May 16th. All displays must be removed by 10:00 PM. Storage andremoval charges will be the sole responsibility of the exhibitor if equipment and displays are left in the exhibit hallafter May 16th.
5. Do I have to have an exhibit space in order to sponsor an event?Yes. Only exhibitors can take advantage of the sponsorships being offered at AclaraConnect 2018.

7. Does my exhibit space include Internet service?Yes. To drive traffic to your booth, Aclara will heavily promote the exhibitors via the AclaraConnect 2018 mobile appand other online applications. Because of this, it is imperative that every attendee has Internet access, so Aclara haspurchased a broadband buyout in the hotel, which gives conference attendees (including exhibitors) free Internetaccess in all areas of the hotel, including sleeping rooms.
8. Does my exhibit space include electrical service?No, because each exhibitor has varying electrical service requirements electric service is not included. Electricalservice forms are in the back of this prospectus and, along with other forms, can be downloaded from the exhibitorsection of aclaraconnect.com.

Where do I pick up my exhibitor badge?Exhibitors can pick up their badges and materials at the exhibitor service desk, located in the Marriott GrandBallroom Foyer (see floor plan located in this document).
