Samsung Galaxy S2 has been
known as the best smartphone
leading most of the lists of top
smartphones. Many other
manufacturers tried to create
devices able to compete with it,
but none succeeded – even
Apples iPhone 4, according to
most geeks I know, yielded to it
in many aspects. Perhaps
Samsung thought its Galaxy S2
was unreachable, but not so
long ago Apple released the
new iPhone 4S with a number of
updated specs and features…
and we all understood that the
Galaxy S2’s position is now shaken...

top analyst wrote:"Apple will
decline in the post Steve Jobs
era," wrote George Colony, CEO
of Forrester Research. "Here's
why."The iPhone and iPad maker
will coast for two to four years
on its current momentum,
Colony said; but Jobs, who died
in October, left a void because
his successor, Apple CEO Tim
Cook, doesn't possess his star
power. Moreover according to
BBC news reported that Iphone
stands in number 3 after Nokia
and Samsung in Q1 of the the
year. It’s not only those
problems but now lots of
competitions and lots of factors
that harm to Iphone so what will
Apple of Iphone do to compete
and get market share?

originally launched in 1996, has evolved and grown to become the most popular beer in the Kingdom of Cambodia, truly

We see that Angkor Beer has been very popular for last few years but
currently when Cambodia Beer appears in marketing for several
months specially this year, Cambodian people switched from
Angkor Beer to Cambodia Beer. So what are the best ways to solve these
problems or to compete with Cambodia Beer and another one?
PCs are generally used in the business, legal, and engineering fields. One of the famous PCs is Dell. For several years Dell has
grown by both increasing its customer base and through
acquisitions since its inception specially Growth in 1990s and
early 2000s. But actually nowadays Dell has declined because of competiton, new technology and other some
factors. So how bad Dell win it specially with Mac Apple, HP and
another famous brand names?

Suzuki is Japan's 4th largest automobile manufacturer after Toyota, Nissan and Honda, the 9th largest automobile manufacturer in the world by production volume. The first quarter of 2012 has gone well for Maruti Suzuk but for motorcycle industry, The increasing of Sales for Suzuki has declined more than expectation. So what will Suzuki do to increases Sales or to gets more market share?
Smart Mobile has grown up so fast for this last few year. Sales increases more than expectations. Moreover Smart has the polite price, good services and etc but now lots of companys in Cambodia compete with each other and also Smart. So how can Smart to get market share or more consumers?
