Executive summary:-

The HAIR & CLEAR SHAMPOO Company is the brand of A&A(Arslan and Ahsan) industry which providing the quality shampoo to the customers as anti dandruff shampoo. The power of this company is that, this is the first Pakistani shampoo company and having their industry in Pakistan with the recycling plastic machine with it.

HAIR& CLEAR is faced with a new challenge as the shampoo industry grows. Consumers are now aware of the variety shampoo services offered not only in Pakistan but around the world. They are well informed due to high media access such as internet and the detergents magazine available online and those published in Pakistan. Consumer now wants quality different services at reasonable price.

HAIR& CLEAR shampoo marketing strategy will be based on generating viability with its target

population segment. This will be achieved through multi-faceted advertising campaign. The

campaign will utilize by different advertising activities.

HAIR& CLEAR has three main strategies:

First strategy is to attract the consumers which are not using shampoos by giving the

low price and best quality.

Second strategy is to attract social consumers by providing discount packages.

Third strategy is to attract the elite consumers by giving better varieties and good results

of our product.

Plan: -

HAIR& CLEAR will provide the users best results in less amount of money. We will be

looking forward always for our new users by giving best quality with the passage of time and

customer will bring our product again and again once he used.

Business can never grow if they don’t care of their society, customer and even their own employees. The social responsibility must be adopted by any good businesses.

So for this our hair & clear shampoo is going to make recycling plant of PET bottles and other empty shampoo bottles to make re-use of the waste material and create the environment clean. So for these the plant will be must near every Hair & Clear shampoo industry.

The process for these recycling is going too held by 2 methods:

Through this the H&C shampoo going to use the scream of giving 3 blank/waste bottles will get 1 surprise gift. This scream is advertised through proper promotion strategies.

According to ethical business rules human (employers) are the main assets for the company to run the business faster. If the employers’ are not satisfied with the company rules and policiestec than their impact will be on productivity and outcome. So, H&CCompany is making rule for the employerssafely and the health care, so that the employee can work with comfortably and safely.

On laboratories the masks, Lab glasses and gloves are compulsory to the experimental as these things are provided by the company for their safety.

The cool environment in the summer and hot environment in the winter are provided to them as according to their need.

The sellers are provided the special jackets in the winter for any contract. Although H&C company is providing them training program as employeesafety program

and tell them how they a can be save in doing work.

H&C Company is having a social plan of funding their 1% of year profit to the growth of poor people by giving fund or by the providing facilities. Although this was the work of the government but H&C company doing this to help the government in their economy and to decrease the graph of poverty. As Pakistan is facing problem of flood in almost every year. These people need some help from all over the nation. So we have targeted these people to serve them and help them as possible we have.

The most importantpart of the business is their customer. Our company is providing some process of making relationship with the customers. So we should know about our product in market.

We are working on customer training program in which we train the customer how to take care of their hairs and show them their hair condition through the machine and give them the right decision to choose the company shampoo their head requires.

Employees

H&C Company is aware of the employee’s keys to success the business. So we have certain planning and rules for the employees so that they can work with the environment and feel the company as the part of their family. These are as following:

Employees are been trained for their present and future job. Once in a year the employees are given holidays to entertain with their family in any of

the famous place like murrie, Narran kaghan etc. this to make their mind fresh and to give time with their family. The residence of this tour will afford by the company H&C.

The H&C Company presenters are the directors whole are the responsible of making company plans and handling the company more than 50% of works. H&C directors not only given high salary but they also facilitate with other facilities like cars, laptop, business mobiles etc. as according to their needs.

They have high involvement in the company and have power to handle the employees and other situations.

Our company has given free hand to the Directors to make plan and schedule of the company productivity internally and externally.

Government

Government of Pakistan has some rules and regulation to the company. That should the registration of the company and any other government rules that must be obeyed by the company. H&C Company is strictly working on the government rules and regulation and also applying these rules in the company. So that the owners of the company can be answerable to the government that they are doing ethical business according to government rules and regulation.

Owners (shareholders)

The owners are the shareholders of the company and are the assets of the company. They business partners whose investment in the company can be beneficial. H&CCompany is really thankful to their shareholders who trust the company and shares their assets with our company. We have promise to our owner to do the business ethically with right rules and regulation in the company as well as in the market.

It is very difficult to introduce our new product into market because of lots of international brands are already available such as (Head & shoulder, Pantene, and sun silk etc, are the most popular brands and people have brand equity with these products. I-e itis very difficult to introduce new products like hair and clear. For tackling this hindrance we should focus on our product quality and price..

Distribution analysis Distribution channel is very much important for introducing a new product in market we can take example of unilever, coke and haleeb. They have a strong distribution network and their intermediaries trust on them and gain customer loyalty keeping mind these examples we should also adopt strong distribution network for the success of over new product.

Competitor analysisWe know that there are many strong cosmetic competitors in market like (head& shoulder, dove, and pentene etc. and they have a very innovative marketing channel and having a customer loyalty and brand equity with them and that’s why we should keep for p,s in our mind i-e Place, People, Price and Promotion and also need strong MIS through these principle we can compete our competitors.

Financial analysisAll kind of business is totally based on financial analysis. First of all we should survey our competitors financial expenses, their past experiences and financial recessions. How they meet all tax expenses and manage the price of product with limited resources through these analyses we make our product within our financial budget so that we can earn a good profit.

Hair & Clear Company is providing shampoo that is for both men and women’s but the main target for it is for the men’s. This shampoo is having all features that the customer wants on dandruff and falls of hair.More than half of consumers get dandruff, but far fewer actually buy dandruff shampoo. The detergent used in the product are should be written on the back of the product, so that all over customers knows the reality of H&C shampoo.

HAIR &We had a questionnaire to the people in the different cities of Pakistan and we noticed that shampoos are used by almost 90 % of people and other 10 % are the labor community which doesn’t wash their heads as they cannot afford the shampoos so they use the bathing soap.

(HAIR& SHOULDER). Because we are the first to offer the double packs facility we will charge

a premium price for it. The food prices are fixed in every part of the country. The discount

packages that we offer are a result of our research. We found that the main attractive feature to a

shampoo company is discount offering.

Our company has done survey on brand consciousness of the shampoo. According to the result

mostly people are brand conscious but less very less people found to be price conscious.
