Introduction,
Before you lies the house style manual of Stackdoor BV. This handbook is a guide for internal and
external communication within the company. Both the employees and the external parties who read
this must adhere to this guideline and have knowledge of it and otherwise collect it. This handbook
contains, among other things, an explanation of the use of logo, the typography and how you can use
Stackdoor in the internal and external communication as well as the use of the brand in
presentations.
Each part is divided into clear chapters that explain how you can use something and something. Also
often with examples what exactly is meant.

1. Use of logo
The Stackdoor logo can be seen in Figure 1.1. The Logo is characterized by a circle in which a stacking
fence is shown with three shades of blue. Under the circle are the letters 'STACKDOOR'. This is the
name of the product. Stackdoor also has a light grey variant for when there is a dark background.
Some rules apply to the use of the Stackdoor logo. For example, the logo may not be changed in
colour, manually changed in size, rotated or the standard logo may not be placed on a dark-coloured
background. Below you can see some examples where the red log marks a false cross The following
rules apply to the use of logo in reports and letters.

1.1 Header
For the header, we use the standard Stackdoor logo in the upper-right corner. The dimensions are:
2.1 cm high and 3.7 cm wide. The logo is -1.82 cm to the right of the right margin and 0.37 cm below
the top margin. An example can be seen in this report in the upper right corner.
1.2 Digital presentations
For Digital presentations ( Powerpoint ) Stackdoor have an standard presentation which is available
at the Stackdoor’s office. This presentation can be asked by the office which will send it to the dealer.
An example is viewable in figure 1.2.

1.3 Watermark
For the watermark we use the standard Stackdoor logo. A watermark can be used as a background.
To add a watermark to your document you need to take the following steps:
- Open
- Going to the cup design
- Click on the watermark header
- Select custom watermark
- Choose default logo stackdoor
Microsoft Word immediately places the logo on the page in the right manner.
2. Type of colour
Stackdoor uses four colours. Two colours predominate, anthracite and blue. Blue then varies in three
colours.
Blue is a colour presents ; expertise, technique, clarity, reliability and loyalty. A colour that fits the
company Stackdoor. Stackdoor strives for success through quality and an expert solution, but also for
quality and a wonderful solution together with the customer. Stackdoor offers a wide aftersales
service. The dark grey tint exudes clarity. Stackdoor has a clear vision and strategy in what they do.
This feature overlaps the expert characteristic from the blue colour. Stackdoor continue to develop
and innovate and stay unique.

3. Typography
Typography means everything that comes on paper, digitally, on the website and on social media.
Like font types, font sizes, line distances etc.
4.1 Website
On the website of Stackdoor, www.stackdoor.nl , in the info bars / current text use is made of the
font 'Open Sans' with a font size of 11.5 and a line distance of maximum 1.5.

Thanks to the unique technology and construction, the security fence, unlike other roller and
security fences, has minimal installation space, therefore suitable for every situation.

Use for the header font 'open sans', font size of 16 and a line spacing of maximum 1.5.
Both must be displayed in black color.
4.2 Reports
Use the font calibri with the font size 11 and a line spacing of 1.5 for the current text.
Calibri Light with font size 16 for chapters.
For sub-cups use is made of calibri light with font size 13.
Both cups contain the blue colour.

4.3 E-Mail
An @ stackdoor.nl e-mail account is operated according to the 365 office mode. We use the standard
fonts and sizes. However, each employee has a company signature as follows

The writing style for e-mails is as follows. At Stackdoor we use the font calibri with the font size 11.
You should not deviate from this. The line spacing is a maximum of 1.5. As a signature under the e-
mail, the image as shown in figure 4.2 must be added. This can be found in the folder 'House style'

4. Style elements
Stackdoor strives to control as much as possible with Keywords the SEO.
Stackdoor strives to radiate one and the same identity at both its own network and that of resellers.
Figure 5.1 shows an image of Stackdoor. As you can see, there is no logo to be seen but the name
Stackdoor. Here a Stackdoor logo must be added in respect of the corporate identity
In press releases, Stackdoor strives to present the identity through keywords and illustrations.

5. Photography
6.1 Measuring
Always take pictures from the allocation for the draftsman.
Photographs from :
* front view,
* the right side view,
* the left side view and
* the rear view.
With these photos, the draftsman / designer can make a drawing for production after he has
received the measurements. It is essential that the situation in the photographs clearly emerges so
that the draftsman can fit the fence into the situation.

6.2 Promotional material
Visual materials are being used for promotional material as well. This for attracting attention.
In other words, there should not be too many other things on the photo such as in figure 6.2
.
For media like Facebook, however, this photo is suitable because it creates brand awareness and the
content of the photo is accompanied by a piece of text.
A suitable photo for promotional material is shown in figure 6.3
The focus in this photograph is the Stackdoor. Due to calm environment and as result no mis attraction.

6. House style bearer
House style bearer is everything with a logo, name or brand. Here it is explained how this should be
presented.
7.1 Stationery
The stationery from Stackdoor is as follows:

On the front is the Stackdoor logo at the top left and the details of the company at the bottom. On
the back the conditions.
When there are several pages, the so-called follow-up paper is placed behind the stationery

7.2 Visit card
Visit card is as follows:
Typically, just as with the stationery, the half logo is vague on the largest part. On the back are the
name, telephone number, contact and address details of the company and employee.

7.3 Flyer
Flyers must have the logo correctly presented in the right bottom corner.
The address of the reseller can be presented on the backside.

7.4 ALU- images
ALU images are stickers that come on the stacks. Stackdoor has two variants, the general sticker and
the production sticker.
The general sticker always comes on the product while the production sticker only comes on the
product when Stackdoor has installed the product itself at the customer.

7.5 Key plate
The visual of the key plate is as follows:
The key plate is located on the keyhole of the Stackdoor. In case of malfunction, the telephone
number is visible and the user can call directly for assistance.
7. logo
The Logo is characterized by the three blue-tinted bricks that should display the stacking. There is no
roller- door or roller-fence that can stack as the Stackdoor. Stackdoor is a brick wall you can see
through. Simple and brilliant.
