Introduction-
HP offers a broad family of laptops, notebook computers and net
books for a variety of uses, including high performance laptops
great for movies, music, and photos. HP's powerful notebook
computers can handle extreme gaming needs as well. HP also
offers a full range of notebooks for business office needs. HP's
ultra-portable notebook computers and notebooks are lightweight
and can be used almost anywhere. For any kind of lifestyle, at
home or the office, HP delivers an outstanding choice of laptops
and notebook computers to suit customers needs.
Purpose of study-
The purpose of the study is to find out the satisfaction level that
the customers are getting from this product.Their opinion about
the quality of HP laptop and other features of this product.
Objectives-
1. What are the positive areas that HP Laptop possesses
according to the customers.
2. The major areas that HP laptop have to develop.
3. The Pros and Cons of HP laptop according to the customer.
4. What is their demand from HP laptop.

Research design-Exploratory research designs: are the
simplest, most flexible and most loosely structured designs. Asthe name suggests, the basic objective of the study is to explore
and obtain clarity on the problem situation.

Hewlett Packard or HP is an American multinational US based
information technology corporation headquarters in Sao Paolo.
The company was founded in one car garage inapt Alto
byRedington Hewlett and Dave Packard. It specializes in
developing and manufacturing computing, data storage and
networking hardware and developing software.
Major events that happened with HP are spin-off of part of its
business as Agilent technologies in 1999 and its merger with
Compaq in2002.On Sept 2010 HP won its bidding war for 3PAR
with a $33 share offer, which Dell declined to match.

Suggestion-The HP store in Ghaziabad is not well modernized in
comparison to other stores. Creating customer attraction is very
important in modern business era.hem after our research and
meeting with various people we can point out some points where
HP should focus. Such as-

1. Their model variety is not strong enough in compare to other
companies.
2. The new innovative color and model that Sony and Dell are
coming with may be a negative point for HP.
Conclusion-Through this long research project we have drawn
some conclusions-
1. HP laptop is concerned very much about their quality and
giving the right value to the customers.2. Price is not much higher with in comparison to their product
quality.
3. But they should focus on their model variety, as the customers
always want more variety.
