Sunday Morning Security—Phase I Calvary’s Consistory is working to improve our facility procedures. The first phase is to implement a “Door Plan” for Sunday mornings.
A lot of prayers and thoughts went into developing a plan to keep us safe, and the Consistory feels this is a reasonable first step. There is no fool-proof plan, but once our Security Plan is fully implemented we should be more secure. Subsequent phases will include recruiting and training people for an Emergency Team and developing a plan for the rest of the week. More on this in the near future.
Sunday Morning Door Plan
The Gathering Area (Canopy Entrance) doors will remain unlocked.
The Gathering Area Front Doors (facing 8th Street) and the Ministry Center
single door will be locked 10 minutes after the service begins.
All other doors will be locked (including the narthex doors)
Implementation Date—August 5, 2018.

As Christians, COMMUNION is one of the most important ways we remember the story of Je-sus. God calls us to prepare our hearts for the Lord's Table through confession and praise.
