Associate Dean 2017-present In 2017 the following duties were added to the assistant dean portfolio: Enrollment Management

▪ Lead undergraduate recruitment and retention, including outreach, advising and student success staff, resulting in an 11% increase in freshman enrollment and a university-best 93.8% freshman retention rate.
