2011- Present JAGUAR – LAND ROVER

SAP SENIOR PROGRAMME MANAGER Jaguar Land Rover is the UK’s largest automotive manufacturing business, built around two iconic British car brands: Land Rover, the world’s leading manufacturer of premium all-wheel drive vehicles and Jaguar, one of the world’s premier luxury sports saloon and sports car marques.

Responsibilities: Reporting to the SAP Programs Director Management of a complex Finance Transformation Programme Engage with key stakeholders across the program including senior

managers and executives; pro-actively disseminating project information to all key stakeholders.

Manage the effective governance of the program; and reporting arrangements in-line with the overall company project management framework.

Oversee the delivery of all projects and work-streams within the specified program of work; monitor each project’s health to ensure they are all progressing as appropriate.

Maintain a cross-project view and manage the overall program business case to keep them within budget and where this is not possible, renegotiate the budgets with the program sponsor.

Group UK and Nasser Bin Khaled (Qatar).

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Managing Director.

Day to day responsibility for the Project Management of all aspects of

Volkswagen Trade Parts full lifecycle project.

ensure project timescales were met.

Management of roll-out and training of consultants.

Management and recruitment of contract resources.

Communication with Volkswagen Group UK, Volkswagen AG

programme manager and work stream leaders.

management solutions. It was acquired by Reynolds & Reynolds is an

automotive solutions and implementation services supplier.

Day to day responsibility for the design, development and configuration

of SAP based dealer business solution, subsequently sold to SAP to

become SAP DBM.

Day to day responsibility for the project management of all aspects of

Wayside Group full SAP lifecycle project (FI/CO,SD,MM,WM, HR &

Payroll)

Management of in-house configuration teams, to ensure project

timescales were met.

Management of 10 contract development resources

Technical design of interfaces between SAP and Volkswagen Groups
