JOURNEYMAN MARINE PIPEFITTERA Journeyman Marine Pipefistter masters mathematical functions and applies them to pipefitting; properly identifies and masters hand, power tools, and equipment; demonstrates working knowledge of pipe systems; fabricates butt weld pipe, threaded pipe, and socket welds, brazes and solders metals; identifies and installs pipe and specialty piping, hangers and supports, valves and in-line specialties; applies and interprets specifications and standards, and performs advanced marine blueprint reading of drawings and details.
