Steel A 60 Bulkhead:
Fire protection insulation with a
weight of 4,6 kg/m² offers a weight
reduction of more than 40%.
The rolls are very flexible and can
be cut easily according to the given
distance between the stiffeners.
Additionally it leads to considerably
less waste of material.

One solution for three challenges Talking about safety, comfort and efficiency in a very easy and practical solution: With ULTIMATE™ Marine Wired Mats 66 you get light weight solutions – up to 40% weight savings in comparison to traditional constructions, efficient one layer constructions and a noticeable sound reduction. All constructions have been tested according to IMO regulations for aluminium and steel structures.
* with reference to conventional solutions using traditional stone wool per 2009/06, degree of weight reduction depends on construction details. Certificates also apply for faced products.

High compression provides you more material on the roll, which saves both time and money. For less transport and carrying on the building site, less waste and cutting when insulating decks or bulkheads ULTIMATE™ Wired Mats are delivered palletized as highly compressed rolls, with two rolls per package. These can be easily split in the middle by using a perforated foil. Each roll is equipped with a handle which makes it easy to carry. And because of the light weight of ULTIMATE™ the roll never exceeds the weight of 15kg.
